Job description
BlossomHill Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director/Director, Accounting to lead public-company accounting, financial reporting and monthly close for a growing oncology biotech.
The successful candidate will mentor the accounting team, oversee payroll, equity administration and stock-based compensation, R&D accruals, and internal controls, coordinating with Clinical Operations and external vendors to ensure accurate disclosures.
