Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance & Quality Control to lead QA/QC strategy and governance across the supply chain and retail network. You will own the QMS, drive regulatory readiness, and oversee supplier quality, audits, and CAPA programs to ensure product quality and compliance.
Lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Retail leadership, and report to executive leadership on quality metrics and improvements.
