Job description
Beacon Health System is seeking a senior quality leader to oversee quality, patient safety, regulatory readiness, accreditation, and performance improvement across its hospitals, including Memorial Hospital of South Bend and Beacon Granger Hospital.
The role reports to the Chief Quality Officer and focuses on strategic quality planning, standardized processes, and cross-entity collaboration to improve patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
