Coordinate a portfolio of cross‑functional initiatives, vendors, implementation partners, and technology teams to deliver an integrated transformation program.

Establish governance, delivery standards, change management practices, KPIs, and value realization measures appropriate for a highly regulated, client‑focused environment.

Lead and develop teams of analysts, developers, and functional experts, fostering both technical excellence and business acumen.
