Job description
Keller Williams Realty, LLC is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead an aggressive inorganic growth strategy. You will source, qualify, and close deals, then shepherd transitions into operating teams across Market Centers.
This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and drives a repeatable acquisition function in a remote-friendly, Austin-based structure. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in dealmaking, valuation modeling, and retention economics within brokerage
