Job description
Optum is seeking a Director of Rebate Strategy and Operations to own the enterprise operating model for manufacturer-funded rebate programs across Optum Health. The role includes governance of eligibility, attestation, program administration, and financial accountability, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Pharmacy, Analytics, and Contracting.
You will lead a team responsible for rebate operations, governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and scalability.
