Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Director, Regional Success Architecture to lead the AMER-based team of Success Architects and drive proactive customer success across all segments. You will champion adoption, value realization, and best practices while partnering with regional and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You will manage key metrics, coaching, and escalation handling, ensuring psychological safety and a culture aligned with Salesforce Core Values.
