Job description
Regulatory Policy Director – Global Investment Banking Client
Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr – $225,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and interpret regulatory reporting policies and guidance
Advise on U.S. regulatory and Basel requirements across multiple entities
Review key reports (Y-9C, FFIEC 002, 2052a, Y-14, Y-15, FOCUS)
Draft comment letters and engage with regulators and industry groups
Assess regulatory impacts of new products/transactions
Support Basel III Endgame implementations and cross-functional initiatives
Deliver training and strengthen governance and controls
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; 8+ years regulatory policy or reporting experience
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. regulatory rules, and Client standards
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Capital rules expertise required; JFSA experience a plus
