Job description
Rivercrest Post Acute in Oregon City is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Manager to lead therapy staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure high-quality rehab services in accordance with regulatory standards.
You will develop and monitor treatment plans, ensure accurate clinical documentation, coordinate with hospitals and referral sources, and promote staff development. Travel to assigned facilities may be required.
