Job description
Capital One's Global Payment Network seeks a Director of Branded Network Business Development (Remote-Eligible) to lead the front-end deal cycle—pitch, negotiate and close partnerships with issuers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with Finance, Pricing, Strategy, Product and Operations to drive network growth.
The role requires 8+ years in client-facing Go-to-Market roles, 3+ years of people management, and B2B deal structuring. Masters/MBA preferred; willingness to travel up to 75%.
