Airgas is hiring a Director, Remote Operations Control Center for Independence, OH, with a hybrid schedule. The role leads ROCC strategy, drives performance, and ensures safe, reliable operation of remote plants. Requires 10+ years in engineering with air separation experience and strong management and communication skills.
Expect $160k-$190k base, plus bonus potential, and a full benefits package. Travel up to 15% is required to support site visits and cross-site coordination.
