People Inc. seeks an experienced Director level leader to oversee residential programs in Williamsville, NY. This role provides direction and supervision for Senior Residential Supervisors and ensures services meet quality standards and HCBS guidelines.
The position requires 6+ years of management experience in developmental disabilities, a valid driver’s license, and SCIP-RW certification, with on-site oversight across multiple locations and evening/weekend on-call duties as part of the role.
