Job description
Bristol Adult Resource Center (BARC) seeks a Director of Residential Services to lead residential programs and partner with senior management. The role involves liaising with individuals, families/guardians, and agencies, reporting to the Senior Director of Program Services, and covering shifts when needed.
The ideal candidate has a degree or substantial related experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with nonprofit operations.
