Capstone Logistics is seeking a Director of Operations- Retail Delivery to oversee and grow operations. The role requires travel 50%–75% across the U.S. and leadership of Site Managers across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will bring a 4-year degree, 10+ locations multi-site experience, and a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement, with robust budgeting and communication skills.
