Job description
Role: Sr Director for Revenue Cycle (Front End)
Job Type: Full Time
Mode of Work: Fully Remote
This requires ability to influence and work collaboratively with a clinical operations team and RCM vendor. Continuous improvement of key metrics, cost reduction of internal processes
Demographic and Eligibility Capture
Authorization Processing and Capture, if needed
Charge Capture and Charge Reconciliation
Prebilling Edits
Any Area in Pop Health
Patient Collections
Previsit Collections
Postvisit Collections
Statements
Bad Debt Process’
Financial Counseling/Point-of Service Collections
Coding and Clinical Documentation- RCM representative with Clinical Operations team
Credentialing- Oversight
IN/OON carrier Expert
Communication of Insurance company policies and process changes as related to Front End Revenue Cycle
Metric Oversight
Work hand in hand with Provider Compensation in resolving Provider Concerns
