Job description
Faith Health in Norfolk, Nebraska seeks a Director of Patient Financial Services and Health Information to lead revenue cycle functions, HIM, coding, Patient Access, hospital and physician billing, CDI, and related analytics.
Reporting to the CFO, the director will manage about 90 FTEs and seven direct reports, drive cash flow, complete the charge master review, and pursue Epic optimization, automation, and vendor performance improvements.
