Job description
The University of Massachusetts Amherst seeks a Director of RISE to provide strategic leadership for the SBS RISE program. You will guide initiatives supporting first-generation and economically disadvantaged undergraduates, focusing on belonging, mentoring, internships, and academic development.
Working closely with SBS leadership, faculty, and partners, you will shape priorities, assess outcomes, and expand RISE impact across the College while maintaining strong student engagement and resource
