Job Description
Oversee clinical risk management and patient safety programs within an acute care hospital setting. Lead and conduct detailed clinical chart reviews and root cause analyses to identify risk trends. Manage infection prevention initiatives, including outbreak containment and epidemiological investigations. Ensure compliance with applicable California regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and quality improvement initiatives.

Education & Licenses Needed
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred). Professional Healthcare Risk Management Certificate within 24 months of hire. CPHRM certification (must-have).
