Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually

Executive
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and administrative skills with working knowledge in the nonprofit sector.
Experience in art curricula, curating exhibitions, and event planning
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Background in art/art history preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee instructors, staff of five, and volunteers
Manage budgets, while driving revenue
Collaborate with The Atelier’s board of trustees
Attend monthly board meetings/ schedule and lead weekly staff meetings
Serve as the primary ambassador for The Atelier
Develop partnerships, attend local community events, and build donors
Fundraising and grant writing for the art school and gallery
Provide an overall creative vision for the future of The Atelier
Summary:
The Director of The Atelier Art School and Galleryoversees educational programming and exhibition curation, requiring a blend of artistic vision and business acumen. They manage staff, budgets, and community partnerships, while driving revenue and curating exhibitions to build a vibrant, sustainable creative environment.
Compensation/hours:
