About the Role
As Director of Sales for DACH, you will take ownership of a $30M+ business and lead the charge to expand market share, win new logos, and accelerate growth across the region.
You will:
Drive aggressive new customer acquisition - identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value opportunities
Build and execute a bold regional sales strategy focused on growth and market penetration
Lead from the front - personally engaging with key prospects, partners, and industry influencers
Develop and coach a high-performance sales team that mirrors your energy and ambition
Champion commercial excellence, ensuring strong pipeline discipline and consistent delivery against targets
What You’ll Be Doing
Hunt for new business across telecom, broadband, and next-gen fiber infrastructure markets
Open doors with telcos, MNOs, OLOs, and emerging players - turning prospects into long-term partners
Drive opportunities in fiber connectivity, beyond 5G, and next-generation infrastructure
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to shape compelling value propositions that win deals
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to deal closure and long-term account growth
Maintain relentless focus on pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and revenue delivery
What Makes You Stand Out
You’re not just a sales leader, you’re a deal maker and market builder.
Proven track record in breaking into new accounts and winning competitive deals
Strong experience in telecommunications, fiber networks, or connectivity solutions
Deep knowledge of fiber/cable technologies (OSP, PON, WDM, RF over fiber, etc.)
A high-energy, resilient mindset - you thrive under pressure and love the chase
Ability to influence at C-level and build relationships that convert into revenue
Passion for developing winning sales teams and future leaders
Requirements:
Experience leading sales or sales engineering teams in telecom/IT
Fluency in German and English
Familiarity with industry certifications (FOA, BICSI, etc.) is advantageous
