We are seeking a Director, Sales Development to lead, coach, and develop early-career sales professionals within our Sales Development Program while helping shape the future sales leadership pipeline of the organization.This role combines hands-on coaching, performance leadership, talent development, and strategic business partnership. You'll work closely with organizational leaders to accelerate associate readiness, improve performance outcomes, and create a culture centered on accountability, growth, and sales excellence.If you're passionate about developing talent, building high-performing teams, and driving business results through people, we'd love to connect with you.Lead and develop a team of Sales Development Associates, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance.Manage and support approximately 8–15 associates as they progress through the sales development journey.Conduct coaching sessions, call reviews, shadowing activities, role plays, and career development conversations.Drive associate readiness, performance, and progression through established development milestones.Partner with sales leaders and business stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational objectives.Analyze activity, conversion, and productivity data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Create and optimize reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement tools.Support performance improvement initiatives through coaching, accountability, and development planning.Contribute to ongoing enhancements of sales development programs, processes, and training strategies.Required Experience3–5+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, sales leadership, or a related field.Proven success coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals.Experience leading teams and driving performance improvement.Strong background in business development, prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship building.Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable coaching strategies.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Experience in healthcare staffing, staffing, sales development, inside sales, or related industries preferred.Success FactorsWe're looking for a leader who:Inspires and develops others.Leads with accountability and integrity.Thinks strategically and makes data-driven decisions.Builds strong relationships across teams and functions.Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Enjoys helping early-career professionals reach their full potential.DisclosuresSmoking/vaping and the use of tobacco products are prohibited on all Company premises, including indoor and outdoor areas, parking lots, and Company-owned vehicles.As part of our employment process, candidates who receive a conditional offer may be required to undergo pre-employment drug testing.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under the law.
