Director Sales Operations

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Operations to lead residential homebuilding efforts in the Salt Lake City area.

This primary revenue driver and production leader will blend proven high-volume field operations experience with a strong focus on community sales success, pipeline conversion, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Realization: Lead new home sales growth strategy by aligning high-volume construction operations with sales velocities and closing targets.

Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing staff of builders, superintendents, construction managers, project managers, and sales personnel.

Operational Collaboration: Serve as the strategic bridge between field production, sales directors, and warranty teams to deliver flawless customer handoffs.

Quality & Delivery Oversight: Oversee residential homebuilding field operations to maintain swift cycle times, strict quality standards, and exceptional homebuyer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

7+ years of residential homebuilding experience with heavy exposure to high-volume production and sales environments.

Proven leadership managing multiple builders, project managers, or sales team professionals.

Strong backgrounds or distinct exposure in Sales or Operations.

Exceptional coaching skills with a passion for mentoring staff and driving operational excellence.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is helpful.
