Job description
Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Director, Sales Operations to lead forecasting, planning, budgeting, quota setting, and compensation design for the sales organization. You will partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product to ensure data integrity, effective tooling, and performance measurement across regions.
You will build and coach a high-performing Sales Operations team, develop KPIs, and own the evolution of the CRM and enablement processes to drive growth and efficiency.
