Appcast, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead and scale the SDR function in Newton, MA. You will coach a team of SDRs, set outbound strategy, and align with Sales and Marketing to accelerate revenue growth.
The role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and excellent cross-functional collaboration with AEs and RevOps. You will champion CRM discipline and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and pipeline quality.
