Overview
My large, publicly held client in Pawtucket, RI is seeking a Director of SEC Reporting. This role would own the SEC reporting function and work closely with other accounting areas, under the supervision of the Senior Director.
Responsibilities
Own the SEC reporting function
Collaborate with other accounting areas under the supervision of the Senior Director
Qualifications
CPA certification
Strong 10K, 10Q SEC reporting expertise
8+ years of financial reporting and technical accounting experience
Ability to go to Pawtucket 2x per week in-office
Compensation is up to $175K + bonus
