Job description
Charles Schwab is seeking a Director in Secured Financing within Treasury to expand the secured funding toolkit across tri-party and sponsored repo and to optimize collateral and funding across the broker-dealer balance sheet.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with Capital, Liquidity, Securities Lending, and Collateral Management to implement liquidity management strategies and drive regulatory efficiency.
