Fidelity Investments is seeking an experienced Director of Security Operations to lead multiple sites in protecting employees, customers, and property. You will drive Global Security Operations goals, communicate effectively, assess site risk, and champion security initiatives while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years in security, 3–5 years in people management, and relevant certifications.
