RTX is seeking a Director, Senior Counsel for the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) legal team. The role leads the international portfolio, delivering timely and pragmatic advice to business and legal leaders while building trust with program heads and functional leaders.
The Senior Counsel will shape strategy, support international capture and execution, and ensure compliance across diverse jurisdictions with 20–30% travel.
