Job description
This role is tailored for an attorney with administrative and regulatory law experience in Texas , specifically with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) and other state‑level utility regulatory bodies. In addition to regulatory expertise, strong transactional experience is non‑negotiable – including M&A, procurement contracting, commercial agreements, and governance work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Texas regulatory experience – PUCT, administrative law, utility regulation
