Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a Director of Property Maintenance at Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch to lead all maintenance operations for a senior living community. You will oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance while guiding a hands‑on maintenance team.
You’ll balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional resident experience.
