Job description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Renewal Specialist Director (SMB) in Clearwater, FL, to lead the renewal function within the Customer Success organization. The role focuses on coordinating with SMB CSMs, generating pricing quotes for renewals, and driving bookings while maintaining a high standard of CRM data quality.
The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS sales experience, team leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to forecast and close renewals efficiently.
