Director, Solar Project Finance & Corporate Financing

Job description

Recurrent Energy, a subsidiary of Canadian Solar, seeks a Managing Director of Project Finance to lead the Project Finance group in North America.

You will raise tax equity and debt, oversee project finance and M&A transactions, and mentor a growing team across Development, Origination, and Legal.

This role partners with CFO and senior management to structure facilities, manage investor relations, and drive financing strategy for large solar and storage projects.
