Job description
Xcel Energy is seeking a Corporate Development Director to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and execute strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures that strengthen the company’s financial performance and strategic position.
You will lead a team, coordinate due diligence, prepare materials for senior leadership and the Board, and work across units to align investments with corporate goals. The role requires ten years of M&A experience, MBA preferred, and willingness to travel.
