Job description
KION seeks a Director, Learning & Strategic Capability Building to translate strategy into a multi-year capability roadmap and actionable skills architecture. You will lead the full learning lifecycle, driving multi-modal sequences and embedding future skills into everyday work and talent practices.
You will shape enterprise frameworks, forecast future needs with data, and partner across IT and operating units to align learning with business processes.
