Job description
Amgen seeks a Director, Strategic Planning & Operations for the Bone Health Business Unit to ensure effective operation of the U.S. BHBU and drive strategic initiatives. The role partners with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Global teams, leading planning cycles, governance, and cross-functional projects.
You will lead annual and long-range planning, drive performance management, and champion AI-enabled transformation to improve how we plan and execute to deliver value for patients.
