Job description
Crystal Stairs, Inc. is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit focused on child care development, early learning, and family support services. We are seeking a Strategic Programs Director to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative initiatives that advance our mission for working low-income families.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this senior leader will drive organizational strategy, strengthen program impact, and expand Crystal Stairs' reach across Los Angeles County.
