Job description
The Hartford, a leading insurance company, seeks a Director of Category Management to lead HR and Legal sourcing within the SSRE organization. This senior role manages $100M–$200M in annual spend and drives enterprise category strategies, analytics, and supplier negotiations.
Reporting to the AVP, Category Lead for Corporate Service, you will partner with HR and Legal leaders, govern complex contracts, and advance tools and AI-enabled capabilities to improve value and risk management.
