Job description
Schonfeld is seeking a Director – Corporate Strategy & Transformation to lead a growing team of Business Analysts onsite in our NYC office. You will shape the group’s vision, oversee portfolio planning and ensure flawless execution of cross-functional programs that align with the firm’s long-term strategy.
You will partner with the COO and CTO to translate objectives into actionable roadmaps, OKRs and success metrics, driving executive transparency and risk mitigation.
