Job description
Eagle Search is seeking a Director for its San Francisco team. This senior, client-facing role blends account growth, business development, consulting delivery and team leadership.
You will own important client relationships, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, develop new business and lead high‑quality consulting engagements. You will also shape internal capability, coach consultants and help build the practice, leveraging a strong Bay Area network where possible.
