Job description
RSM US LLP seeks a Director to lead the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice within its Enterprise Performance capability. You will drive growth, manage client engagements, and mentor teams across engagements that improve operational performance and EBITDA for middle-market clients.
You will partner with executives and PE sponsors to design value creation roadmaps, oversee post‑acquisition integration, and help shape practice strategy while delivering high-quality client outcomes.
