Director, Supply Chain

Edible Brands® was launched in 2022 to bring together powerful, purpose-led brands under one unified purpose: to enrich everyday life through celebration, nourishment, and wellness. Today, Edible Brands powers three bold and growing concepts across 700+ locations worldwide.

Our portfolio spans Edible Arrangements®, the iconic gifting brand; Rōti ®, a Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant; edibles.com™, a trusted marketplace for low-dosage THC & CBD wellness products; and BerryDirect ®, our robust supply chain infrastructure. Together, these brands are fueled by The Edible Way —a set of employee-driven values that keep us committed, collaborative, adaptable, results-driven, and always ready to celebrate.

The Big Picture

We’re looking for a business-minded Director of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain and warehouse fulfillment operations while playing a broader role in driving the commercial success of the business.

This is not a traditional supply chain leadership role. As a key leader and second-in-command to the department lead, you’ll connect sourcing, product development, inventory, warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, customer experience, and financial performance to ensure we are making smart decisions across the entire product lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the right products are sourced at the right cost, available at the right time, and delivered efficiently to the customer—while balancing operational performance with cash flow, margin, product velocity, and overall P&L performance.

The ideal candidate is a holistic operator who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, understands how supply chain decisions impact the broader business, and is energized by the opportunity to build scalable processes in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday - Frida, with occasional travel to our warehouse in Conyers, GA.

What That Looks Like Day to Day:

Lead the end-to-end supply chain, overseeing product development, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and reverselogistics.

Direct warehouse and logistics operations to optimize fill rates, inventory accuracy, shipment cycles, fulfillment speed, and time-to-market.

Oversee marketplace and e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory allocation, and overall marketplace performance.

Partner cross-functionally to bring new products from concept through sourcing, development, launch, and ongoing optimization while maintaining quality and margin targets.

Use data and business insights to balance inventory investment, product velocity, cash flow, margin optimization, and customer demand.

Own and influence P&L performance, ensuring supply chain and commercial decisions support broader financial and business objectives.

Partner closely with Customer Service to identify and resolve fulfillment issues, address customer complaints, and implement root-cause solutions that improve the overall customer experience.

Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply and operational performance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain and logistics team while establishing clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and operating models to create a more scalable and efficient supply chain.

What You Bring (Experience, Knowledge & Skills):

8-10+ years of progressive, end-to-end supply chain experience, including hands-on experience with warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and sourcing.

5+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing teams and leading through growth and change.

Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, packaging, home décor/gifting, franchising, or another product-driven environment with significant supply chain integration.

Demonstrated general management and commercial business acumen, including experience balancing operational decisions with customer experience, margins, cash flow, and P&L performance.

Hands‑on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, OroCommerce, or similar; experience with an ERP such as NetSuite is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new businesses, identify opportunities, and translate data into action.

How You Work:

Holistic Business Thinker: You naturally look beyond your functional area and understand how supply chain, commercial strategy, financial performance, and customer experience influence one another.

Commercially Minded: You make decisions with the full business in mind, balancing growth, profitability, cash flow, operational efficiency, and customer needs.

Hands‑On Leader: You are comfortable setting strategy while also getting into the details to solve problems and make things happen.

Strategic & Solutions-Oriented: You can quickly assess complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions that scale.

Collaborative Influencer: You build strong partnerships across functions and can effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Builder & Change Agent: You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, embrace ambiguity, and are energized by creating processes, teams, and systems that support growth.

We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer. Applicants for employment are considered without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
