About the job
In this influential supply chain role, you’ll drive sourcing strategies that balance operational excellence, compliance, and business value across a diverse portfolio. You'll collaborate with stakeholders at every level to optimize supplier partnerships, reduce costs, and support global initiatives that elevate performance and profitability.
Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

What you’ll bring
Proven skills to build strategic relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
Consulting skills with a focus on aligning supply solutions to customer needs and business objectives.
Expertise in planning and executing sourcing strategies with attention to compliance, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the skillset to lead complex contract discussions and drive consensus.
Effective time management and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments, ensuring priorities are met without compromising quality.
Requirements
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 5 years
Related Experience: 3-5 years
