Job ID:
Pay Range: $157,705 – $197,163/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead surgical services operations, ensuring quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Drive patient throughput and efficiency while enhancing quality outcomes
Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and policies
Spearhead patient experience initiatives and performance improvement
Coach, develop, and retain clinical staff to foster a high-performance culture
Ensure appropriate staffing, equipment maintenance, and operational standards
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
BSN required
Recent Surgical Services Director experience required
Master's Degree preferred
