TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Director of Surgical Services for a prestigious 834-bed acute care hospital in Las Vegas, NV. The role encompasses oversight of multiple surgical departments, ensuring clinical quality, patient safety, and budget management while driving efficiency in a high-volume surgical environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and significant experience in surgical services, including compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a full-time position with day shift hours from Monday to Friday.
