Job description
McLaren Health Care in Michigan seeks a Director of Patient Care Services for Surgical Services to lead quality improvement, staffing and patient care activities across units. You will participate in planning, orientation and performance improvement to ensure top clinical standards.
Required is a Michigan RN license, 2+ years in OR and 2+ years in OR management, plus a Master’s in Nursing or related field (or completion within 2 years).
