Job description
Reformation seeks a Director of Product Development to own execution across import and domestic development from pass-off to production. You will lead a cross-functional team with design, R&D, and production to keep products moving on time and on margin.
You will mentor the PD team, manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance and quality across all styles in scope.
