Job description
MERGE is seeking a Director of Talent‑ Management to lead performance management cycles, talent reviews and employee programs across the agency. You will own the talent roadmap, drive cross‑functional initiatives and ensure payroll continuity during coverage periods.
You will partner with Talent leadership to operationalize programs, mentor junior team members and maintain confidential employee relations records while driving a culture of accountability and transparency.
