Job description
Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Director for our Tax M&A practice, focused on partnership transactions and federal income tax matters. You will lead structuring, modeling, and advisory work for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and other pass-through entities across the transaction lifecycle.
You will manage teams, shape practical solutions, grow client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership through articles and webinars.
