Job description
Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Director to join its Tax M&A practice with a focus on partnership transactions and federal income tax matters. You will lead engagement teams, shape structuring, modeling, and technical solutions while advancing client relationships and the national practice.
The role calls for 8–12+ years of progressive tax experience, CPA or Bar admission, and a strong leadership track record managing teams and client engagements. Master’s in Taxation or JD may substitute for degrees.
