Job description
Morgan Stanley seeks a Director-level leader to manage day-to-day operations, infrastructure oversight, audits, and risk compliance for Offsite Delivery Centers across EMEA and Americas. This role serves as the primary contact for site governance, escalations, and incident management.
The role partners with Service Owners, vendors, MSCS and Technology teams to ensure coverage, asset tracking, and capacity planning across the ODC lifecycle.
